In the Signatures window, click the plus sign on the left to add a signature. *These instructions were made using Microsoft Outlook 2019. Open Outlook and click Outlook > Preferences from the menu bar. Enter the resource/service account's email address. Select Accounts from the Preferences options then click on the + icon at the bottom left and choose New Account. Open Outlook for Mac then go to the File menu to Preferences. That's it!
